- Course: Confident Cashflows will provide the Course on the dates and at the times specified .
- Alteration and Cancellation :Confident Cashflows reserves the right to alter this programme or presenter(s) without further notice. However, the programme is intended to run as advertised. Confident Cashflows reserves the right to cancel this course due to insufficient numbers – registrants will be notified if this occurs and credit (course value) will be carried forward to another course. Cancellations by the Customer will incur a $500.00 fee per person. Cancellations or transfers must be advised at least 7 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be granted if a registrant fails to attend an event or cancels within 7 days of the course.
- Privacy Confident Cashflows collects the personal information contained in this form pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the National Privacy Principles. The information is collected by Confident Cashflows to enable it to deal with the matters the subject of this form and to provide its services and benefits to its clients. - Enforcement Expenses: The Customer shall reimburse Confident Cashflows for all reasonable fees and expenses incurred by Confident Cashflows in connection with the recovery of overdue accounts and/or the collection of the Materials, including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis.In addition to Confident Cashflows’ rights in clause 11.1, Confident Cashflows may sue for any loss of profits and consequential damage it has suffered as a consequence of the Customer’s refusal or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
- Refunds : Payments for services provided are non- refundable.
